2D Commissions

General Terms

Please be respectful. I try my very best to offer the best service to people who commission me, and I expect respect in return. I will not hesitate to cancel a commission no matter what stage of said commission I am on if you are being unnecessarily rude.

Please provide references. I understand if you do not have a reference for your character yet, but in those cases I ask you to provide examples through photographs of what exactly you're looking for. For example, if your character has a certain hairstyle or aesthetic, I'll ask if you have any photographic references that I can look at to understand what you want better.

My work is never to be used for NFTs or AI.

Payment

Payment will be upfront unless I state otherwise. Payment: USD through PayPal.

PayPal payments will be sent through invoices. This is so I can describe what service I am providing and so you don't have to pay any fees. Any fees are paid for by me. Please remove the option for your address as I am not sending anything physically through the mail.*

*For sticker commissions, the process will include your address.

Process

Please be patient. I will provide WIPs as I go, but if you ask I can provide you with one. I do ask that if you do this, please do it once a week. Keep in mind that I will continue to keep you updated as I progress with your commission and you will be able to see what stage of your commission I am on through my Trello. I will also update you on what stage I am on through messages.

I will notify you if I am more busy than usual! Please note: Streaming on Twitch is currently my other job right now, and I have a set schedule. While I work on your commission, please note that I will stick to this streaming schedule! This does not mean I am not working on your commission, it's simply my other job.

Customer Satisfaction

I am completely fine with making any changes you want up until I am finished with the commission! When I present you with WIPs or sketches, then please take that time to analyze it and make sure it's to your liking.

Once the commission is finished, I will only make minor changes such as color and small mistakes. Please bring the large mistakes to my attention in the sketching and lining phases.

Copyright and Usage Policy

Please keep in mind that I still hold every right to my own artwork. This means I am still allowed to post it where I want and promote myself with it as well as use the work in my portfolio. If posted anywhere, I will mention that it is a commission and that I do not own any characters in the art itself, but the art will remain copyright to me.

You are allowed to do anything with the art that you want as long as it is NOT for commercial use and that you credit me for the art. For things such as Twitch banners, icons, etc. I do not consider this commercial use (unless you are selling merchandise of said items) so you may use my art for things such as that, but I ALWAYS require credit.

If you refuse to follow these terms or break these copyright infringement, any rights you had to the commission will be terminated.

The following is considered Copyright infringement:

Reproducing/using the copyrighted artwork commercially. (Meaning making money off of it in any way)

Taking credit for the creation of the artwork.

Removing any watermarks/signatures.

Altering the artwork without my, the artist's, consent.

At this time, I am not offering commissions with commercial rights

Canceling and refunding policy

I have the right to cancel and refund the money for your commission at any time.

If the money has not been sent yet, you have the right to cancel the commission.

After I have begun working on a commission, I do NOT take refunds.

If you think that you may need your money for any other reason, please do not commission me.

If you file a chargeback against me, your right to everything I have ever made for you will be retracted. You will be forbidden to ever commission me again. Your name will be publicly posted everywhere I want to for other artists to watch out for. I also have the right to file a complaint and I have all the right to the money you have given me.

Any statement can be bound to change if discussed with me, the artist, prior to the commission.

My terms of use were made using Yamio's TOS from 2014 on deviantArt as a heavy guide.

My designs are never to be used for NFTs or AI. This is not something up for discussion.

Designs acquired with art or anything that is not currency cannot be sold unless art is added. This art must be more than just a messy sketch. I would appreciate that if you're thinking about selling a design by me, please come to me for my opinion on this. If you clearly put love and effort into the art, then obviously I will make exceptions because your art is worth something.

I do not want any of my designs used for any NSFW work. Gore is fine, but anything sexual makes me extremely uncomfortable with something I designed. I apologize for this rule, as some people may find this a bit prudish, but frankly I am doing this for my own comfort.

My designs cannot be used for commercial use unless discussed with me prior.

This is not a requirement, however, if you ever feel like you want to sell a design of mine, you can come to me to inquire if I want it back. I do get attached to a great deal of the designs I make, so there is a good possibility that I would love to get them back.

I do not draw NSFW (slight gore is fine)

I do not draw mecha art [This is only a rule because I want to be able to provide good quality commissions and mecha is not something I am good at drawing currently!]

I will not draw in another artist's style. If you commission me, you are paying for my art style.

BY COMMISSIONING ME, YOU ARE AGREEING TO ALL TERMS AND CONDITIONS ABOVE AS WELL AS THE RULES LISTED HERE.
